Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect:
- Innerwear and intimate apparel
- Personal care products
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Share photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
Please do not return any product without prior approval.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5β7 business days after approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if:
- The item is damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- A manufacturing defect is identified.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Return Shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Refund Exceptions

- Original tags or packaging are missing.
