    At UrbanZora, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled and the conditions that apply.

    By placing an order on UrbanZora, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

    Order Cancellation

    Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.

    Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

    How to Cancel an Order

    To request an order cancellation:

    • Contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
    • Provide your Order Number and registered email address or mobile number.
    • Our team will verify the order status and confirm whether the cancellation request can be processed.

    Cancellation Approval

    Cancellation requests are subject to the current processing status of the order.

    If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation request will generally be approved.

    If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.

    Refund for Cancelled Orders

    If your cancellation request is approved:

    • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
    • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
    • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

    Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

    Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation charges.

    Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at UrbanZora.

    Cancellation by UrbanZora

    UrbanZora reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Product is out of stock.
    • Pricing or product information errors.
    • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
    • Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
    • Unavailability of service in the delivery location.

    If UrbanZora cancels a prepaid order, the full amount paid will be refunded.

    Modification of Orders

    Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address, product selection, quantity, or payment method may not be possible after order processing has begun.
