    No. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to manage orders more conveniently.

    We accept secure online payments through major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods available during checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available for selected locations.

    Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes:
    Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
    Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 Business Days
    Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.

    Yes. Orders can generally be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.

    Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

    Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The time required for the amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.

    Please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery and share photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.

    At present, we only ship within India.

    Yes. We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India.

    We make every effort to display products accurately. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
